Go to your portfolio and find the class you took.
Go to the word Evaluation and click.
Take the evaluation and submit.
Go to the top of the screen and click back to your portfolio.
You will go to the class you just took the evaluation for and it will now say certificate.
Click Certificate and you will be able to print your certificate (make sure its landscape, not portrait).
This will remain in your portfolio as long as you are employed by SMCISD so you can reprint as many times as you want.
Go to user tools
Modify my record
Scroll down to user information
Enter a new password
Enter the password again for confirmation
DO NOT FORGET TO ENTER A PASSWORD REMINDER.
Then click Submit!
This means that the attendance has not been entered for that class.
In order to answer evaluation questions and print a certificate, the attendance must be entered.
Please contact the person sponsoring your class. You will find the contact information when you click on the course name in the class catalog.
